Entry Requirements
- Kenyans can visit Hong Kong for a duration of 90 days without a visa.
- Tourists who desire to stay longer than the 90-day period are to apply and pay for an extension at the immigration department of the country.
- Intending visitors are required to have a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of their arrival in Hong Kong.
- Visitors are also required to provide proof that they have enough funds to cover their expenses while in Hong Kong. A valid onward or return ticket is needed as well.
- Travellers to Hong Kong must provide proof of a confirmed means of accommodation for their entire stay in Hong Kong. This could be in the form of a hotel reservation or a sponsor letter from a host living in Hong Kong.
- Prospective visitors can get to Hong Kong from any of the international airports in Kenya. There are international airports in Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa.
- Kenya Airways, Air China, Etihad Airways, Fly540 and Qatar Airways are some of the carriers that constantly fly from Kenya to Hong Kong.
